Got my start investing when I bought a fixer as my personal residence in the Tremont area in 2013. My wife and I renovated that home over a couple years, and were able to cash out on some significant equity when we moved to Cleveland Heights in 2018. I'm an East Sider now, but currently have 3 SFR's on the near west side of Cleveland. I'm executing the BRRRR strategy and looking to grow my portfolio to achieve financial freedom by 2025. I live in Cleveland Heights with my wife, son (Bruce), and 2 dogs. Looking to connect with local, like-minded investors, agents, and others in the space.
