I am a born and raised Clevelander. I graduated from Kent State University in 2000 with a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. I work in the field of Information Technology but recently haven't been able to stop working and learning Real Estate investing. Real Estate is quickly becoming my passion!! Experience: I am a landlord by default as we moved to our new home in 2010 after the RE bubble burst. I wasn't about to let my first home go at a lose so I rented it out. In 2015 I rehabbed a home on the Cleveland's west side for a nice profit. In 2017, I purchased my first foreclosure and turned that property around in 8 months. Updates: 2018: Purchased first duplex 2019: BRRRR another Westpark SFR 2019: Real Estate Agent license 2020: Purchased 3 rental properties - 2 BRRRs in Parma and 1 turnkey in Westpark Real Estate Goals: Buy and hold real estate investments with a mix of flipping properties to generate the income needed to grow the buy and hold. Ultimately, I want a real estate stream of income to support me in my later years. I expect to spend time every day to learning about Real Estate investing.
