I specialize in real estate investment opportunities and with the current market that almost fits into any category. I am currently practicing real estate with Haven Real Estate Group. The #1 trait I feel every sales agent should have is communication, without communication nothing happens. Also communication is a challenge for many real estate brokers. Either they have one to many clients and cannot keep up with them or, they do not know how to pick up the phone or they flat out do NOT know how to communicate!The second key quality I have is I am hungry, I do not stop until the deal is done. From start to finish I am a part of the transaction, you know the saying, “if you want it done right, do it yourself!?” The third trait I offer to all my clients is marketing, depending on the price of the home there are different marketing strategies. Let’s get real, money is not coming from the Spokane area, which tells that not only myself, but also other agents should be marketing where the money is. The final key and benefit of using myself as your real estate broker, I market, oversee and find tenants for your property. This is extremely important for my out of state clients who do not have time to post an add to Craigslist, screen tenants and conduct tenant inspections. I take care of your investment property, again from start, to seeing the unit or units occupied. Of course this comes with a small fee, however in the long run pays off if you figure in travel expenses, hotel expenses, food and dining and most importantly time.
