Anant Lal

My name is Anant Lal, and I am just starting out in my real estate investing career. I've been interested in real estate since I was a kid. I had the idea to buy and rent properties. Something about having someone else pay off the mortgage sounded really appealing to me. I put together a business plan, but the idea of doing a bunch of rehab work didn't seem to appeal to my other 12 year old friends. For some reason, none of the adults really wanted to loan a 12 year old kid 100K+ to invest either. I recently purchased my first rental property in the Midtown Houston area.
