About myself
I'm a newbie from Naples, FL and I'm interested in Single Family Homes with the intent to rent them out and generate cash flow. I've been an "accidental landlord" in NJ so I'm familiar with some aspects of being a landlord. I'm fairly new to the Naples, FL area and would like to meet with other investors who have succeeded in investing in this area. Plus I'd like to learn a lot more on how to find and structure deals.
