I'm a general contractor, and owner of a residential remodeling company in Denver, Colorado. I'm a Colorado native and have loved seeing the area change over the years. I've always been fascinated with real estate and passionate about working with my hands to improve a space... the right way. My wife and I have one SFH rental in Englewood, CO (our previous primary) and are on the hunt for BRRRR opportunities Experience: My wife and I bought our primary residence 4 years ago and have bee remodeling and improving it since day one. Now we have a great amount of equity in the house and would love to find a way to possibly leverage that to purchase another property. Real Estate Goals: Excited to build a portfolio of buy and hold rentals using the BRRRR method over the next couple of years with my wife to create the ability to free up some time for ourselves.
