Husband and father of 2 looking to leave a legacy for his family and travel more by using real estate investing as a vehicle. My mother owned two SF and one owner-occupied MF that I helped her manage in Connecticut, Georgia (the state) and St. Lucia. This gave me a small amount of experience with working with tenants. The goal is to obtain 100 units using the BRRRR strategy by August 2028. I am currently seeking my first owner-occupied 6/2 MF in Hartford County, CT.
