I've been investing in RE since 2007. Initially I did so in the evenings and on weekends as I had a 9-5 as a Physical Therapist. In 2011, I transitioned from residential rentals to self-storage and, in doing so, was able to quit my J-O-B. I sold my last rental in May of 2018 and so that I can continue to focus solely on self storage. I was able to make over $1.5 Million on my first storage deal and have been addicted ever since.
