Myka Artis

My name is Myka Artis. I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest. I currently live in Arlington, TX. My full-time job is a network engineer. I've been in the IT industry for about 13 years. I listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast on my daily drive to work. This podcast has inspired me to get further into real estate. I have even started my podcast, "Live Let Thrive," about Airbnb/short-term rentals and the sharing economy. I only look at properties that make good Airbnb's/short-term or corporate rentals. I'd rather maximize ten properties than have a vast portfolio. I also manage over 470 Airbnb's worldwide by renting out my timeshare, arbitraging, and house hacking.
