Myles Cardenas

My name is Myles Cardenas, a 22 year old recent college graduate from Kennesaw State University in Georgia with a degree in Construction Management. I am currently a Land Development Project Manager for a large national residential builder, and I have always been extremely interested in learning about real estate. My ultimate goal is to invest in my first deal before the end of 2018, and to continue to learn about real estate investments while making mistakes and doing well along the way. I am an extremely hard worker and a student in anything that I find interest in. I am excited to learn more, get involved, and become an avid real estate investor. Experience: New to real estate investments, but a good amount of development experience with a national home builders and access to tons of small to midsize builders in the Atlanta market. Looking to learn a lot about real estate and the business while getting my hands dirty. Real Estate Goals: 2018 Goals - Invest in my first deal before the end of the year. - ROI of 8-10% - Preferably in the Atlanta market. 5 Year Goals - Investment portfolio to date of 6-8 deals. - Acquire my first pure development deal in a market of interest. - Be a part of a syndicate for a major deal. - Develop/Join a multi-faceted team of experienced real estate investment individuals.
