About myself
I am in a husband-wife investor team of buy and hold properties from the Maui Hawaii. We invest in California, the Midwest and Japan Kansai markets. I started investing in 2007, and have managed a few of my own properties. Currently I manage some of my properties as well as use great property management companies for my portfolio. I am in the expansion phase. I am venturing into more secondary city markets.
