I am a goal-oriented and passion-driven dream seeker looking to escape the rat race by using real estate as a vehicle to become financially free! Currently an energy specialist with an insulation company doing home energy assessments through the Mass Save program. Experience: Alumni of Robert Kiyosaki's Real Estate Investing Coaching program, as well as Than Merril's Fortune Builders Mastery program. My partner and I have founded Property Providers LLC and have completed three single family rehabs, and expecting to double that next year. I also bought a 3-family that I am currently living in while rehabbing. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to scale up the flipping business each year (3 this year, 6 next year, 8, 10, etc.), and use the capital generated to invest in apartment buildings. Within 7 years I will build an eco-friendly sustainable development with at least 25 units in a fully self-sustainable community (rooftop gardens/aquaponics systems, solar, etc.). Currently Seeking: Others already involved with investing in my market (Worcester County, MA) for networking and advice.
