Almost 2 years ago now, left the financial services industry to pursue a real estate career. I was nervous at the time, but I knew I needed to cut the 'safety net' of a W2 and 401k to take control of my future by starting to invest in real estate. I was fortunate enough to join Tarl Yarber and the Fixated Real Estate team here in Seattle, WA. It has been a crazy ride, but I have learned a lot and don't ever plan on going back to the W2! About us? Fixated Real Estate is a high volume Fix and Flip company. We are doing between 30-40 flips a year here in Washington State, focused primarily between the great cities of Seattle and Tacoma.
