Nadiyah Malbon

Nadiyah Malbon is a New Jersey real estate investor and licensed Realtor® who built her business from the investor side of the table first. After more than 20 years in healthcare, she left corporate America to pursue real estate full time, building her own investment portfolio while helping others do the same. Today, Nadiyah specializes in investment properties, multifamily real estate, and identifying opportunities throughout New Jersey, with deep knowledge of Newark and surrounding markets. She works with both new and experienced investors to analyze opportunities, identify off market properties, and build strategies around cash flow and long term wealth creation. As an active investor herself, Nadiyah brings more than sales experience to the table. She understands what it means to evaluate a property as a business, put capital to work, and make investment decisions with the bigger picture in mind. Backed by a trusted network of attorneys, contractors, title agencies, home inspectors, architects, engineers, and lenders, Nadiyah streamlines the entire process for her clients. Her goal is simple: make every transaction as seamless and profitable as possible. What sets Nadiyah apart is her customized approach. No two deals are alike, and she crafts tailored strategies and timelines that align with each client’s unique situation. Whether guiding buyers through their first purchase, helping sellers maximize their returns, advising investors on cash-flowing opportunities, or supporting landlords and renters, Nadiyah brings clarity, expertise, and steady guidance every step of the way. For Nadiyah, real estate is more than transactions, it’s about creating opportunities, solving problems, and building lasting wealth.
