We moved to Rochester in 2014. We started to invest in single/multi family houses in the better areas of the city. We believe Rochester is a good area for "buy and hold" with a strong rental market. We now expanded our business to a commercial building in East Rochester. Experience: my wife and I started to buy properties in 2016. So far we own over 10 units that we are renting out. It is a very interesting market, and we really enjoy it. We are looking to expand into commercial properties. Real Estate Goals: When we moved to Rochester we lived in a townhouse. It was a mini neighborhood that had about 200 units. One day I would love to own something like that. Currently Seeking: Other investors for joint projects.
