I grew up in the tiny island of Oahu, HI. We literally had a coconut tree growing in our backyard. I've sold Cutco for Vector Marketing and have found that much of the business teachings can be applied to Real Estate. I went to the University of Hawaii at Manoa and earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. From there, I moved to Tucson, AZ got my first house hack, moved out and rented that to go into my next house hack. Always looking to network with others, lets get some coffee and talk shop! Long term: Own 15 small multi/SF homes free and clear in 12 years Own a Tiny Home Community Why: I plan to have a family, and money can't buy time. I want to spend as much time doing things that money can't buy. - I turn the "I can't" to the "if I could, HOW would I do it?". Then execute. Currently Seeking: 1.
