My husband and I are interested in real estate investing but have no experience other than apartment care taking that my husband did a number of years ago. We attended a 3 day seminar in REI and realize that this was the tip of the iceberg. I have skills in office work as well as counseling. My husband is in sales/advertising. We are excited about REI and eager to learn what it takes to be successful in this industry.
