I began studying real estate investing in the summer of 2017, and it's been an exciting journey! I'm trying to learn as much as I can from books, podcasts, other investors, local REIG meetings, etc. My real estate goals are to buy and hold rental properties for an increase in cash flow now and for a comfortable retirement in the future. I purchased my first property, a 4-plex, in February of 2018, and we've been building our multi-family portfolio ever since. I love talking about real estate and am excited to meet other investors, both nationally via Bigger Pockets and also locally in the RI area.
