Married 36 wonderful years to my best friend. Two grown children. Two grand children. Booming business. Life is good. Experience: I am a licensed North Carolina Broker/Realtor since May of 2005. I bought my first investment property in 1999, not knowing what I was doing. It turned out to be a fairly good deal. Let's just say that was beginners luck. In real estate, I wear two hats: I own and operate House Hunter Real Estate LLC. A licensed brokerage. I also own and operate House Hunter Properties, LLC. An investment company. For the last five years I have been immersed in the world of investors, at the same time, not quitting my day job as a Broker. I am familiar with contract assignment, options, subject to transactions, wholesaling and the like. I am also a HUD registered Broker capable of navigating the complexities of foreclosures and REO's. I believe I bring a unique combination of talent to the table that gives me an edge over most Realtors. I have used my knowledge to help individual clients find creative solutions to their real estate needs.
