Working full time for W2 income. I’m a newbie investor who is working hard to gain my knowledge and connecting with local investors to make the first rental property. I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property. My first property is the single family resident for rental. I believe this is a great first opportunity and build my momentum to build my investment portfolio. I am trying to focus what kind of properties to invest on in future but I do see different opportunities and hope to learn which type of investment would fit me the best right now. As I gain my experience, I am planning to come back and adjust and / or add my profile.
