I have about 5 years of REI under my belt. I currently own three rental properties: lake cabin (slowly rehabbing & use to park my RV during the summer), duplex, and 4-plex all in MN. I have purchased, rehabbed and sold (and note holder) on several properties. I also invest in 4 RE syndication's in the SW. Finally, I have house-hacked my primary residence in the Seattle area. I created a full MIL in basement w/lock off and rent it out.
