Hi! I’m Natalie My goal is to have more freedom in my life and to be more present. I also want to be able to give more and help my family. I also have a dream of having rental properties in popular vacation areas so once a year I can take my friends and family and go up to one of them and give everyone time to enjoy without having to pay for lodging! I have a non-profit I want to be able to support in case grants etc fall through. Real estate feels like my best option and I am interested in owning short term rental properties (air b and b’s) and having someone else manage them I have a non-profit that helps women who have survived domestic violence and sexual assault heal, as well as providing education and advocacy around this subject matter. I also have a background in events, culture and development, and goal planning and want to take my expertise in these areas and start up an LLC on the property for community events, special events, retreats etc. the property would also be home to some women who have come to heal for a few months at a time. I know this seems like a lot, but I’ve had the idea for years and finally put a business plan together last year of how it will work and work together. My goal is to get this up and running and even have some trailers I can update for people to rent out. Once I can I would like to afford rental properties in popular vacation areas as well my top two places are Tahoe and Montana. I’m came to this site because I have all these ideas and what I want to do and see the big picture but I am not super educated in the real estate industry to actually make it happen!
