About myself
You might say I'm an accidental landlord. We currently own 3 rental properties, though we never intended to be landlords. Ideally I'd like to acquire more properties to keep as rentals, but that takes capital that I don't have at the moment. In the meantime, I'm doing research on the various aspects of real estate investing, and publishing my results on a website (www.timidinvestor.com). I would like my website to be a comprehensive overview of the different aspects of real estate investing.
