"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right" are the words I choose to live by. I am an avid learner! I've always thought that readers were winners, and I use that as my basis for education inside and outside of the classroom. I truly believe if you do more than what you're paid for you will always get more than you expect. Maybe not overnight or even in the same company, but someone will see you shine, and need you on their team!!! As for my objectives: Building team unity, and striving for excellence in everything we do is first and foremost! I believe that my jobs focal point is to make work, and life for my team easier (and to make my company more profitable at the same time!) I make every effort to make myself dispensable (not indispensable) This way when I move up to the next step on the ladder I have my replacement prepared, educated, and proficient for my preceding position. Its never made sense to me to hoard information to prove how valuable I am to the company. Experience: I have completely rehabbed a quadplex built in 1932 (The Blue Alamo) that I've owned since I was 19 here in The Plaza District. Now I'm looking for 100 plus doors to take to the studs, and breath some new life into yet another classic property!!! Real Estate Goals: Massive passive income through buy, and hold multifamily real estate baby!!!! Currently Seeking: The worst property on the best block :D :D :D Currently looking for an 80-130 unit apartment building which needs TLC or a 100+ space mobile home park in the OKC area!
