I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator working for The Simple Loan Group, powered by Barrett Financial Group. Experience: I currently own homes in Citrus, Daytona, and Hernando FL. Real Estate Goals: For the next 5 years that I will be active duty military I will focus on buy and hold properties that cash flow. Once I retire from service I will put my freed up time into larger multifamily properties. I want to teach my four kids how to invest and create wealth with hard (smart) work and use my wealth to continue to give to those in need to reinforce higher purpose to my kids since life is about more than just money.
