Nate Julian

I’m Nate Julian, a real estate agent and longtime real estate investor based in Cache Valley, Utah. I got into real estate from the ownership side first. My first home was a 4-plex, and today I own 26 rental properties. Over the years I’ve bought rentals, renovated homes, managed properties, and learned a TON through actually owning real estate, not just helping other people buy and sell it. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I spent 15 years in the outdoor sporting goods industry, including more than a decade as an apparel buyer. That meant negotiating pricing, analyzing markets and trends, managing inventory, and making high-dollar purchasing decisions. A surprising amount of that experience translates directly into how I look at real estate today. I’m now a real estate agent with KW Unite Keller Williams, working with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Logan, Cache Valley, and Northern Utah. I especially enjoy working with people who want to understand the numbers behind a property, whether that’s a primary residence, multifamily property, rental, renovation opportunity, or another real estate investment. I graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Business Marketing and live here in Cache Valley.
