So my profile does say Realtor, but I am as much an investor at heart as Realtor. I am currently growing my rental portfolio via the Brrrr strategy and have completed several flips. At least 1/3 of my business is helping other investors grow their wealth through real estate. I have seen really nice seller net sheets on their exits, and have seen my clients get healthy returns on their rentals. I enjoy seeing others succeed while working on my own journey into success.
