I love Real Estate Investing! I live in Cary , North Carolina. I have been investing in real estates for 5 years. I'm excited to meet people and learn as much as I can from BP community. I mainly do buy and hold/ flip and hold/ brrrr, etc. in the past. But now I'm actively doing fix and flip on top of buy and hold.
