About myself
Nathan is a very friendly, active investor living and working in the Buffalo, NY area. He currently manages 4 rental properties. Over the next 3 years he is working on expanding the portfolio to 8 properties. With a current goal to reach $1M in assets by 2020 and finance a 10-15 unit deal, he is actively looking to work with a mentor to guide his investing career.
