I live in Los Angeles. I own a several commercial buildings in Montana. I invest in a community near where I grew up and have a fantastic team already put together -- Realtor, Property Manager and Lawyer. I also invested in 25 units in Los Angeles with a syndicator. I'm actively looking for investment partners and investors to network with. Experience: I live in Los Angeles and invest in Montana (where I grew up). Real Estate Goals: My goals are to own 50 doors that are completely paid for in 10-15 years while providing as much cash flow as possible from rental income annually on the way to paying off the debt. I have purchased all of my properties (35 doors) with seller financing. And I even purchased my primary home in Burbank with SF. It’s an incredible way to close deals if you can find willing sellers.
