About myself
I started out buying my first home as a live in investment almost two years ago, zero down zero closing through the builder. I have been reading a lot about investing and I think I am nearly ready to take the plunge on a second home. My current mindset is that I would like to follow buy and hold. Renting out my current house and moving into another.
