I live in Denton, TX with my family and work as a firefighter for a city just North of Dallas. I have been investing in single family property off and on since 2008, when I purchased my first single-family residence and House-Hacked before I knew there was a term for it. My focus on real estate investing has come and gone over the last few years as my career has demanded more of my attention, but am now getting the opportunity to get back in. I currently hold 3 single-family rentals in the St. Louis area and just purchased a 4th in Oklahoma.
