My wife and I are new to real estate investing, having purchased our first home in 2019. We welcomed our first child this year and were able to move into our home just two weeks before he arrived. Our goal is to be independently wealthy through passive income using real estate, enabling us to be available for our kids. This goal will also enable us to realize our dream of starting a construction company that will train disenfranchised youth in the trades and set them on a path of life success.
