Experience: Started a small painting company at 21, primarily focusing on residential repaints, eventually getting into more remodeling work. While I enjoyed working for myself, I knew very quickly that I loved properties, but wanted to do more than just remodel properties for others. So a few years ago I began to work occasionally with investors, to understand more about all aspects of real estate. I realized that I had more passion for investing in real estate than I did for any part of the construction field and decided to get my Real Estate License. As of late February 2022, I have gained my GA Real Estate Salesperson License and joined Virtual Properties Realty.biz in hopes of providing as much value as possible to investors in my market. My experience and complementary skillset would make me a good boots-on-the-ground type of agent for investors who want to grow their portfolios. Currently, I still operate as a Painter and provide Cleaning services, which is primarily geared towards servicing/maintaining rental properties (Long Term and Short Term). Due to an injury I no longer personally work on remodels, but I am able to personally manage a project if needed. Personally, I would like to learn from successful buy and hold investors. I'm not as concerned with my income as I am interested in growing my equity. Whether construction, cleaning, or a commission, I'd happily trade profit for equity with the right partners/deal.
