I am a REALTOR, Property Manager, investor, and author of The DIY Landlord. Located in historic Cody, Wyoming, where I am building my businesses and trying to be what God would have me to be. Although I am from a small community of 10,000, and it's more expensive than average, I have found deals and seen some great results in my journey. I am an advocate of slow, smart growth with a purpose. I started investing to build wealth and reach financial independence, both of which were achieved in reasonably short order.
