I discovered the world of Real Estate like so many others through reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad back in September 2019. My fiancee and I have recently accumulated enough cash to fund the purchase of our first rental property, which we intend to do via an FHA or low down payment conventional loan, live in one unit, and rent out the other(s). With the high barrier of entry for getting started here in the Los Angeles market, we have turned to the market in San Antonio as a place to settle down for a while and start a new life after we get married.
