About myself
Hi! I'm Nathan, I'm currently an Engineer with a W-2 income, but my wife and I are working toward securing our first Real Estate Investment property. We've done a lot of saving and investing in the stock market, along with retirement accounts (401(k) and IRA's), but want to shift a bit to cashflowing investments. Eventually the plan is to replace our W-2 incomes so that we can have more time freedom. I'm excited to engage with the community and learn!
