Nathan P Tanner

Hi, I’m Nate Tanner, born and raised in the Bay Area. I come from a long history of construction, starting from the age of five when my dad first had me on job sites. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every trade, but my most recent role was as a superintendent for a large residential project—building a 140-home neighborhood. With a strong foundation in residential construction and remodeling, I’ve also worked as a consultant in the legal cannabis industry in California, where I’ve managed and built projects from the ground up. Currently, I serve as the Director of Cannabis for a large company in Northern California. While I’m grateful for my journey so far, I’m at a point where I’m looking for something more—more action, more growth, and more of a path to build long-term wealth. I’m committed to leveling up, and to do that, I’m seeking mentorship and support from experienced investors to help me transition to real estate full-time. In the past year, I purchased my first single-family home, which includes a cabin, shop, and house on the property—just five minutes from a lake. I’ve started building a couple of campsites, which I plan to rent on Airbnb, along with the house and cabin. Now, my focus is on flips, along with some brrrr properties to grow my portfolio. I'm ready to dive in, work hard, and build a sustainable future in real estate. I’m all about action and persistence, and I’ll never give up.
