Clients with $300k in Real Estate (especially apartments) were just as well off as someone with $1m in stocks. I was hooked. Experience: Worked for a Turnkey provider (Minnesota) in Investor Relations area. Working for a wholesaler/rehabber in Edina, Minnesota. Real Estate Goals: 3 more residential flips in 2019 Sustainably provide housing for Single parent households. Currently Seeking: Wholesale Residential properties for flipping.
