I've been an Investor since 2016! I now have 4 Single family houses, 3 of them are long term rentals, the 4th being my current primary residence. I got into lending after I realized how much I enjoy the financing side of real estate and working creative ways to get pre-approved for loans. Its a great feeling to help new investors get started out, experienced investors into their next deal, or traditional homebuyers into their next house!
