My name is Nate, I am an investor in Milwaukee, WI area mainly Milwaukee and Whitewater. I have been investing since 2011. I enjoy the challenge of purchasing properties with little or no money down and using other creative financing strategies. I am also a licensed contractor and am looking to partner with any investors in my area for rehab, remodels, or flips. I currently own 21 properties and am closing on 4 more this week. My goal is to get to $100,000 in yearly cash flow, almost there! I also operate 3 Airbnbs in the Brady St/Riverwest area and am looking forward to a big year in 2020!
