I'm a Canadian newbie investor who's exploring the possible US markets to invest in. The areas I've been looking at are Memphis, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Charlotte, Tampa, and Dallas/Ft. Worth. I'm looking for good people to network with in those areas who can help me learn the area and look for deals. My criteria right now are C-A rated areas with solid cash flow or even a good fix and flip under $80k. Experience: Novice investor trying to gain experience in deals in the US. Real Estate Goals: - To develop a portfolio of BRRR SFHs and MFHs in the US. - To create enough cash flow to cover monthly personal expenses. Currently Seeking: - Deals in the Charlotte, NC, Waco-Dallas, TX, Memphis, TN, or Tampa, FL.
