New investor, currently a heavy equipment operator, have worked different forms of construction all my adult life. Looking to acquire my first rental property in the Kansas City Metro, Lawrence or Topeka area, but that’s not the end goal. I plan to acquire 50 units in the next 10 years. This is my financial freedom end goal. I have a descent W2 job and good credit (752), I plan to put all of my rental income back into investing, and joining that with 50% of W2 pay.
