I am a real estate investor in Edmonton, Alberta. I invest in both short term vehicles (flipping, wholesale, wholetale) and also longer term (single family home rentals). Sunrise Home Buyers is the real estate investment company I own and operate with a partner (www.sunrisehomebuyers.ca). We are looking for creative real estate deals or houses to buy for cash from motivated sellers. We operate in Edmonton, but also invest in the surrounding communities of St Albert, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, Leduc and Fort Saskatchewan. We are seeking to joint venture with other investors interested in the single family home market in either short or longer term opportunities. I believe investing in real estate, if done properly, is one of the best vehicles to create long term, inter-generational wealth.
