About Me I’m a real estate investor with 30 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on acquisitions, negotiation, creative deal structuring, and execution. My current focus is creative finance and Sub2 opportunities, particularly situations where understanding the seller’s circumstances and structuring the right solution can create a win-win transaction. I enjoy working directly with sellers, analyzing the numbers, negotiating terms, and developing a clear strategy from acquisition through disposition. What I’m Looking For I’m interested in connecting with other real estate investors, private capital partners, lenders, and professionals who understand the value of creative deal structures. I’m particularly interested in deal-by-deal opportunities, where the numbers and exit strategy make sense and everyone’s role, investment, and return are clearly defined upfront.
