I'm a wife, mother and an entrepreneur with a graphic design/marketing background who started her REI transition in 2013 by purchasing our home with a 203k reno loan. Followed by flipping 3 properties successfully while working a full time job. In Feb 2017 I fired my JOB and made the transition into full time real estate by accepting the position of Sr. Rehab Manger with one of the bigger turnkey companies in Milwaukee. With this position, I estimated 25-30 potential rehabs a week and managed 10 rehabs a month, while still managing my own rehab projects with my investment partners. 2018 has been exciting and has brought on much growth and because of that, I'm officially running my own rehab/investment/design firm(Nikki B Design) focusing on: • Acquisition • Rehab/Design • Project Management My companies mission is to bring great product to the market along with a level of trust, ethics and integrity that is hard to find in this industry. Because of my experience and knowledge of the industry here in Milwaukee, I am able to put together a great team of agents, title companies, contractors and architects who are professional and work well together that bring the same sense of ethics and integrity that my business strives for on a daily basis. My passion is taking old, distressed, ugly properties and making them new again for a new family. I am also passionate about helping others grow as well, so I am currently looking for JV opportunities that will not only help my business grow, but will help others that want to earn passive money in real estate.
