It is tough to break-through in the Bay Area markets. Out-Of-State seems to be one solution if done right. Looking for mentors who have experience in OOS REI. I am a FT IT Consultant working on W-2. I am looking to explore real-estate opportunities for the experience, fun and financial independence (why not!). I love my current job but am looking to do something more, novel and big for the remaining part of my life. Once I have made enough money, I intend to give it back to the country that gave me everything.
