Nehemias Ponce

Hi there, my name is Nehemias and I am a 42 year old semi-accidental real estate investor. I have been married for 19 years and have 4 children. I've managed and maintained one single family rental for 5 years and I am beginning to understand the power of buy and hold real estate. I am professionally employed at a job that can provide me a pension in as little as 5 years. My goal is to create a portfolio that will make up the difference in my current salary and my projected pension. I would like to have the option to feasibly retire from my job in 5 years if I chose to. My oldest children are interested in working in education (which my wife and I support wholeheartedly) and I want to be able to teach them a way of supplementing their income as well. I am very excited about our first purposeful income property purchase even though I don't yet know what it will be!
