Neil Goradia

My name is Neil Goradia and I currently live in Indianapolis, IN. I spent about 10 years in Engineering before seeing the light and transitioning into real estate investing full time. I acquired a rental portfolio, flipped some houses, and completed a 41 home neighborhood development in Noblesville (just north of Indy). Since then, I moved to Asia with my family for nearly a year to experience living somewhere new. I've been back since April '17 and have gotten back into the real estate game, primarily creating new neighborhoods as a Land Developer.
