I began flipping houses back in 2003. The first several meetings i attended i heard a common theme - investors didn't have enough properties. I decided to give myself an education in locating properties and tying them up. It took awhile- but soon i was working in other markets and even in other states which presented a whole new learning curve i needed to go through. Since that time i've hosted investing expos, been a guest speaker at investment meetings, been a guest on investing radio shows and have developed relationships with so many around the country. My focus is to find deals and do due diligence and present the opportunities to investors. I enjoy the side of the business of building a team and putting the numbers together through due diligence determining if the project makes sense to continue with. I help investors by putting deals in front of them, providing contacts from contractors, brokers, escrow agents,etc to help them complete the project.
